Tatka Bazaar provides an online grocery ordering and delivery platform, connecting customers with farm-fresh produce, dairy products, daily essentials, and household goods within our specified service areas.

3. Account Registration & Security

To place orders, you may create an account using your email/mobile credentials or through Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Pricing, Payments & Orders

• Pricing: All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless indicated otherwise. We strive for complete pricing accuracy but reserve the right to correct accidental errors.
• Payments: We accept online payments via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Online transactions are processed through certified PCI-compliant gateways.
• Order Confirmation: We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery address falling outside our operational delivery radius.

5. Delivery Policy

We strive to deliver orders within estimated delivery times. However, delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, severe weather, or unexpected logistics constraints.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you receive damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items, please notify our customer support within 24 hours of delivery. Verified requests will be refunded or replaced promptly.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tatka Bazaar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
